Pneumatic Pump

The compressed air introduced by the pneumatic exchange chamber, pushes the piston forward, lifted  the ball from seat. Then air compressed one side of the diaphragm and force the liquid  through the delivery valves.Other side of the diaphragm  creates a vacuum and intakes the fluid(liquids are forced into the tank, which is filled with atmospheric air). Once the cycle is completed, pneumatic exchanger divert the air direction and this cycle is continuing.

PNEUMATIC PUMP DETAILS

Pneumatic pump runs with the aid of compressed air. It also called diaphragm pump because diaphragms are used to compressed the fluid(for delivering) and creating vacuum(for fluid intake

Gear Pump

A gear pump uses the meshing of gears to pump fluid by displacement. They are one of the most common types of pumps for hydraulic fluid power applications. Gear pumps are also widely used in chemical installations to pump fluid with a certain viscosity. There are two main variations; external gear pumps which use two external spur gears, and internal gear pumps which use an external and an internal spur gear. Gear pumps are positive displacement (or fixed displacement), meaning they pump a constant amount of fluid for each revolution. Some gear pumps are designed to function as either a motor or a pump.

GEAR PUMP DETAILS

As the gears rotate they separate on the intake side of the pump, creating a void and suction which is filled by fluid. The fluid is carried by the gears to the discharge side of the pump, where the meshing of the gears displaces the fluid

Centrifugal Pump

A machine for moving a liquid, such as water, by accelerating it radially outward in an impeller to a surrounding volute casing.
A Centrifugal pump have a high-speed rotating impeller whose blades throw the water outwards.

CENTRIFUGAL PUMP DETAILS
Centrifugal pumps are most often associated with the radial flow type. However, the term "centrifugal pump" can be used to describe all impeller type rotodynamic pumps including the radial, axial and mixed flow variations.

How a diesel engine work

The basic difference between a diesel engine and a gasoline engine is that in a diesel engine, the fuel is sprayed into the combustion chambers through fuel injector nozzles just when the air in each chamber has been placed under such great pressure that it’s hot enough to ignite the fuel spontaneously.

Diesel Engine Animation : Perkins engine

A diesel engine (also known as a compression-ignition engine) is an internal combustion engine that uses the heat of compression to initiate ignition to burn the fuel, which is injected into the combustion chamber. This is in contrast to spark-ignition engines such as a petrol engine (gasoline engine) or gas engine (using a gaseous fuel as opposed to gasoline), which uses a spark plug to ignite an air-fuel mixture. The engine was developed by Rudolf Diesel in 1893.

DIESEL ENGINE DETAILS

The diesel engine has the highest thermal efficiency of any regular internal or external combustion engine due to its very high compression ratio. Low-speed Diesel engines (as used in ships and other applications where overall engine weight is relatively unimportant) often have a thermal efficiency which exceeds 50 percent.

Turbocharger

Turbocharger consist of turbine and compressor coupling together by a shaft.Exhaust gas turn the turbine and the compressor rotate to compressed the charged air to increase temperature and density

WATCH HOW TURBOCHARGER WORK

TURBOCHARGER DETAILS

A turbocharger, or turbo, is a gas compressor used for forced-induction of an internal combustion engine. Like a supercharger, the purpose of a turbocharger is to increase the mass of air entering the engine to create more power.
